I'm the founder of Perfecting Pilates and for over a decade, I’ve helped women and men break free from pain, rebuild their strength, restore their health, and finally feel confident in their bodies again.
My work goes far beyond workouts and meal plans. I educate my clients on how their bodies truly function, teaching them how to fuel themselves with nutrition that supports their goals, build fitness that lasts, and reclaim pain-free movement. I’ve helped people recover from chronic injuries, reverse long-standing posture issues, and achieve levels of fitness they never thought possible no matter their starting point.
I also specialise in mindset work, guiding people to overcome food fears, emotional eating, and disordered eating patterns. My approach is compassionate but direct.
I believe in giving you the tools, education, and confidence to make lifelong changes rather than quick fixes.
